Basic remote coaching package - £150 per month

(3 months minimum commitment)

Whether you are starting out with couch-to-5k or seasoned ultra-runner sometimes we all need a little guidance, support or just some structure to our training. There is no one size fits all when it comes to coaching so there is no standard training plan or level of contact. As a coaching client you will receive the following:

  • Initial consultation in person, skype or by phone (depending on your availability).

  • Bespoke dynamic online training plan, updated by both parties and adjusted at least weekly.

  • Unlimited support via your preferred media, skype, WhatsApp, text, phone or email.

  • Nutritional advice, race preparation support and guidance when booking and planning events.

  • 1to1 training runs, race crew, buddy/pacer running (additional charges may apply).
